The Hotel was clean and well maintained
Food was good and Mr. Lovely Thakur Treated us well in all the ways also by arranging us a car for the journey to Gulaba and Solang valley and he arranged a very good Jeep (Travera)with a good experienced and confident driver (Manohar Lal)for us to our 3 day journey to Dharmasala, Khajjiar and Chamba Upto Chakki Bank. @Rs 10500 for 3 days.
We were given room heaters at Rs 200 per night.
The owner Amit was out of town on these days, but Mr Lovely Thakur fulfilled all our needs at this stay.

Thakur. we both loved all these things. i had booked the hotel based on recommendations given by earlier guest and i feel it was worthwhile. my wife liked the homely breakfast and food whenever we had in hotel. Paratha was very nice. staff was very attentive and respectful. Now Mr. Thakur has expanded hotel and have added few recreation items. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Mr.Lovely Thakur took excellent care of us and arranged our sight-seeing including the famous Kulu Dasara. Room was spic and span, very neat and breakfast was great. All our requests were promptly met by Mr.Lovely Thakur. He is easily one of the very best customer service staff that we have met. It was such a memorable vacation that we will cherish for a lifetime. It's been 9 months since we stayed in Silmog and till date, the taste of their food lingers in our mouth and the friendliness and kindness of Amit & his family and lingering in our mind. Yes, Amit is really a blessing to his dad and to all of us (the tourist). Such a kind person. You wouldn't believe. We got struck in the snow and our cab driver didn't have experience to drive in the snow. So Amit drove our vehicle for 4kms till we reached a safe and normal road from where our driver could drive further. This was all on top of he required to walk back all those 4kms. He doesn't have to take that much effort for a guest in his hotel but that's his kindness. Everybody spoke so good about him. He deserves it and then entire place & people deserves a big pat on their back. Would love to come back to Silmog anytime. It was a cherishable experience. From December till date, we have atleast referred 10 people to Silmog and we would continue to refer anyone and everyone to go there only. Our brother who travelled along with us to Manali stayed in a 3 or 4 star hotel but told that they never got any tasty food or kind & prompt service like what they got in Silmog in their one day of stay. Thanks Amit & Family. We will come back!
